For a time he lived near the Kennebec River in Maine, and about 1802 moved to Otsego Co, NY, where he died in 1814, at Edson's Corners, Milford, NY.
(He) served for 22 days, July 10-31, 1776 as a priviate in Capt. Isaac Thayer's Company, Col. Thomas Marshall's Regiment during the Revolutionary War.
