Born in 1708 in Bridgewater, Plymouth, Massachusetts.
He married first, Mary White in 1735 in Weymouth, Mass. They may or may not have had children before she died around 1736.
He married second, Hannah Edson in East Bridgewater in 1737, and there were 4 children; Ebenezer, Dr Micah Jr, Joseph and Captain Daniel. His son Ebenezer, immigrated to Preston, Nova Scotia Canada around 1758 and built a large tannery there.
Micah died in 1744 in East Bridgewater, Plymouth Massachusetts.11
