Patsy Pendergast Nash, 79, of St. Joseph, Mo., passed away on April 25, 2009, at a local health care center.
Mrs. Nash was born on June 2, 1929, in St. Joseph, the daughter of Willard and Audie (Patchen) Lewis who preceded her in death.
She married James Pendergast who also preceded her in death. She married Edward J. Nash on June 3, 1993. He survives of the home.
She was an administrative assistant at Sherwood Medical Company until her retirement. Mrs. Nash was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, Buchanan County Democratic Central Committee, and ABCD Democratic Women's Club. Patsy loved her family, friends, and enjoyed traveling.
Additional survivors: son, John Pendergast (Pamela Garvey), St. Louis, Mo.; daughters, Sandra Moles and Nancy Nash, both of St. Joseph; grandsons, Isaac Pendergast and Brandon Moles, St. Louis; granddaughters, Bridgett Blasi, St. Joseph, Katherine Moles, Kansas City, Mo.; great grandson, Mason Adams, St. Joseph.
Services were held on Tuesday, April 28, 2009, at Meierhoffer Funeral Home & Crematory, St. Joseph, Mo.
Interment: Mount Olivet Cemetery, St. Joseph, Mo.
