Daughter of George W. Weyer and Sarah C. (Dickerson) Weyer. Sister of Jessie and Mary Elizabeth "Mamie" Weyer. Never married, she worked in the clothing industry, primarily furs, most if not all of her life.
Notes: Her death certificate indicates burial in Belton Cemetery but she does not appear in cemetery records. It does seem likely, however, that she would be buried near her sister Mary Elizabeth and her parents George and Sarah, all of whom are in Belton Cemetery. Her death certificate also indicates that she was born in Belton, Missouri, but this seems very unlikely. In all of her census records, Cora is shown as being born in Kansas. And her social security record indicates that she was born in Ness County, Kansas - the location in which she and her family were living four years after her birth in 1876.11
