Lawrence F. Geraghty, 81, who formerly resided with a brother-in-law, P. Kenneth Smith, 37 Centennial Avenue, died yesterday at 7 pm at York R. D 7. Mer Geraghty, who had conducted a cigar manufacturing business on Exchange Place, retired in 1950. He was a member of St. Joseph's Catholich Church and the Holy Name Society. His wife, Mrs. Helen A. Smith Geraghty, died Oct 18, 1952. There are no immediate survivors. Burial will be in Conewago Chapel Cemetery. (Full obit in The Evening Sun (Hanover PA) 10/20/1965, Wed.)
