Hi, Irene Melvina Weyer was the daughter of Isaac F. Weyer and Ruth Jane Williams. Isaac moved from Scotland County Missouri to Doniphan County, Kansas before the civil war. Ruth died in 1874 and Isaac died in 1913. In his will he left $1.00 to Irene Hargis which was claimed by grandson Earl E. Waller. Isaac's parents were John Weyer and Nancy Fulk. John's father was Jacob and his father was Johann Andreas Weyer who arrived in America in 1752. Irene's older brother was Andrew J. Weyer my great grand father. I would love to talk to you about Irene. I have a lot of information that I have gathered over 25 years of research. I would be glad to share all.
