His first name is spelled numerous ways in various records. Bozoune is one of them, but I seem to have found more listings for Bozoan.
Bozoan was born ca. 1620 in Lynn, Norfolk, England. In 1638 he sailed on the "Diligent" of Ipswich, England (John Martin, Master) to Hingham, Massachusetts.
He married Ann Alby sometime before 1643 in Rowley, Essex County, Massachusetts. We believe they had nine children together.
Legal mention of Samuel Ward: On 12 June 1643, he, Bozoan Allen and Lt. Anthony Eames were granted permission to set up a corn mill near the cove in Hingham, Plymouth co., MA for the use of the town. On 22 September 1652, he was referred to as "Mister" in a court proceeding which concerned debts owned the estate of Bozoan Allen.11
