Died. WHIPPLE -- At the home of his son, Henry, at Grants Pass, Tuesday, March 2, 1909, Henry Whipple, aged 87 years.
Mr. Whipple has been sick for a long time and his death was not unexpected. The funeral took place on Wednesday, Rev. F. C. Lovett officiating. The interment was in the Masonic cemetery.
